E's teacher let us know that they'd be baking gingerbread men in school, so what did I do? Oh, I e-mailed Ginger Lemon Girl, of course. And she gave me this recipe. And it was great! Yay! (Okay, so my cookie-cuttering technique could use some work.)

Yep, but it's not a very good cookie cutter - things get stuck in all those little spaces. Plus, all those indents disappear once you add frosting. :)
They look great....who says gingerbread men need legs anyway??? Baby M is too, too cute. My last baby is the reason I had to finally go gluten free too. Except she went a bit further and decided mommy didn't need milk either, lol.
