I made this one up. It doesn't have a name.
3/4 c. rice (this was all we had left) (.25)
beef bouillon cube added to the rice-cooking water (?)
1 lb. ground turkey, browned and drained (I actually forgot to drain it because I'm a spaz that way) (1.57)
pepper (?)
cooked carrots (.50)
Mix and serve.
Total: $2.32
Every time we have rice I think, "Hmm.. Maybe a dog wouldn't be so bad after all." You know, as I'm sweeping up more rice than what actually made it into my kids' tummies.
