Gluten Free Anyway Sausage Corn Chowder

I can't believe I haven't already posted this recipe, since it's a family favorite that we eat fairly often.

1 lb. bulk pork sausage (ensure GF) ($1.96)
potatoes, diced - I usually do one potato per person, but you can really stretch this by just adding more (.40)
2 c water (free! or close enough)
oregano, salt, and pepper to taste (.10)
1 can evaporated milk (1.09)
1 can corn, drained (.60)
1 can cream corn (.60)

Brown the sausage with the onion and drain.
Add potatoes, water, and seasonings, and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes (or until potatoes are tender), covered. Add the milk and corns and heat through.
We served with bread (.25).

Total cost: $5.00
Verdict: As always, well received by all.
