Gluten Free Apple Bread

Like everyone else, we have an abundance of (free!) apples, so SuperDad made this, using Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Mix for the flour. Also skipping the walnuts because walnuts are nasty. ;)

It looked like this:

SuperDad and I thought it was really good, but the kids wouldn't touch it. They didn't like the apple chunks.

That looks really good. I can remember not liking big chunks of things in my food when I was younger - maybe if you chop the apples finer. Or maybe just not share with the kiddies. ;)

And yes, I agree, walnuts are NASTY!
