We've put one of our cats on a diet. I know you're thinking, "Oh, my cat is SO fat too." No, your cat may be fat, but my cat is the fattest of all fat cats in history of fat fatty fat cats. Did I mention that he's fat? The dude must be pushing 40 pounds.
He's also kind of a meanie and whenever we've tried to limit the food before, he would just beat up the other two (normal-sized) cats and take their lunch money. He finally got fat enough that he couldn't jump onto things anymore, so we've moved the food up to the top of the table, and we've been feeding him diet food, only the recommended amounts per day.
So this is what it sounds like at our house: Mooooowwwwwmeeeeeoooooowwwwwmoooowwwwwwmeeeeowwww - Mom mom mom mom MOMMY mom mom MOM - meeeeeeeowwwwwwwmoooowwwwwwwwmeeeeeeowwwwww - Look at me, Mom, look look look look at me, look! - mow mow mow mow MOW MEOW mow mow mow mow - Waaaah waaaah (that one's a baby crying, can't you tell?) - Meeeeeeowwwww

I know I should not giggle, and should feel sympathetic, but fat kitties are just sooo cute...
lololololol...... Oh I can so relate... ALL FOUR of our cats need a serious diet!! Of course they don't reflect their owner's at ALL! lolol
Hey, gettin' skinny is better than vet bills! Poor kitty. :)
Okay, now I really want to see a picture of your fat cat! You'll need before and after shots! :)
Yes, like Kelli said, photos!
