Sorry I've been away! I was out of town on a business trip. I was in Boston - I wonder if I have any readers in Boston? I learned that there are so many Dunkin' Donuts there because that's where the company began. However, no one could explain to me why someone would actually eat a doughnut at 9 p.m., though. That's still a mystery.
SuperDad and the kiddos were on their own for the GF eating. As usual, that boils down to gluten free spaghetti, and gluten free macaroni and cheese, and McDonald's (double cheeseburger, no bun, please).
On my first day back, I made some paprika chicken in the crockpot (chicken, olive oil, paprika, onion, potatoes), that was only so-so. We have enough leftover chicken for a BBQ chicken pizza for tonight though, and I'm looking forward to that. Remind me to share my GF pizza crust recipe sometime, because my kids luuurrrve it. ;)
Hope all is well with all of you!

You do have MA readers! :)
and RI readers-just a little south!
How cool! Holla, MA and RI! :)
Welcome home!
I put up a picture of the Salsa Chicken turned into soup. It was really good. Thanks again for the recipe!
Hey, on a random note; I just saw on SuperDad's photography web page that he's from Aberdeen, SD. There's a street there named after my Great-Grandpa: Melgaard St. Have you heard of it?
Sarah - how cool! Yep, Melgaard Street (and park!) are only blocks from my house!
