JC Penney's has the best deals. I don't know how I got on their list (probably through ordering window shades from the catalog), but at least four times a year I get a coupon in the mail for $10 off $10. That is $10 for free!
Today I went and I bought two clearanced shirts (I usually buy for the kids, but I need clothes more right now). Original price: $35.00. I paid, including tax: $3.18.

Score! I always get those coupons for Kohls. I don't actually shop at Kohls very much, but I'll go in to spend that $10.
